5. AI-Generated Content
Some features may generate outputs using artificial intelligence.
Users acknowledge:

- Revorra does not guarantee accuracy or completeness
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Revorra platform remain the property of Revorra, LLC.
Customers retain ownership of their data.
By using the Services, customers grant Revorra a limited license to process their data solely to provide the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information received during the course of using the Services.
8. Termination
Revorra may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms.
Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Revorra disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revorra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
